Although we are a young company jointly our refurbishment team has over thirty years experience in the drinks dispense industry and their skills sets are essential to refurbish equipment to the highest specification expected by our customers.

We recognise that the continued future success of the company depends on the quality, price and delivery of our products and the quality of service provided. This must be of the highest standard if we are to meet the ever increasing demands of our customer’s. We view quality as an essential company framework to help us keep a competitive advantage, as well as reinforcing and enhancing the company’s reputation and image.

We are building our foundation on a Quality Management System and as the business grows we aim to achieve ISO 9001-2008. We are confident that by taking this approach our products will meet the strict criteria set by our target market, and thereby enable us to build good business relationships.

We measure our success by warranty returns, delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Through internal review and information gathering from our customers we forge the way forward through our continuous improvement program.
